	Our People - Clare Somers Clare is passionate about career planning and development. She chose to enter the field because she acknowledges the central role that work can play in our well being. She has particular expertise in working with adults in career transition. Clare is a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia and is also accredited to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and an extensive range of career development tools and resources. Experience in organisational, business and people management within the public and private sectors has provided Clare with a sound understanding of the dynamics and demands of organisational life.
