	Our People - Janet Jackson Janet is an experienced Career Practitioner and has been helping clients manage change for over twenty years. Janet has extensive experience providing Career Management and Transition services with people from a range of backgrounds including University, Local Government, Defence, Administration and the Blue Collar sectors of employment. During her career, she has managed and developed teams of Health Professionals, and recognises the value of encouraging and inspiring people to make the most of their skills in order to achieve the best possible results. She has particular expertise in working with clients facing significant barriers including personal injury, illness, or with those facing circumstances relating to outplacement and redeployment.
